All Angelic Strands hair purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect selection of texture, length, or color, or products that have been used or altered.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly through our Contact page. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos so we can review it. If we confirm an error or defect, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Please contact us before sending any item back. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled, except when required by applicable law or when we offer cancellation because we cannot ship within the stated timeframe.
